By using Daisekt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Daisekt provides

Daisekt provides one focused, automatically generated examination of the reasoning surrounding a craving, temptation, or impulse. It is intended to support reflection before a personal choice. It does not make that choice for you.

No professional advice

Daisekt is not medical care, mental-health treatment, addiction treatment, nutritional advice, diagnosis, or emergency support. Generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified professional help when appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may use Daisekt only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

• attempt to bypass safeguards or obtain hidden instructions
• use Daisekt as a general-purpose content-generation service
• attack, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• submit malicious code or instructions intended to manipulate systems
• use generated material to harm another person or violate the law

Your submissions

You retain responsibility for what you submit. You grant Daisekt permission to process a submission only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the requested service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Availability and changes

Daisekt may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Continuous availability, error-free operation, and preservation of temporary sessions are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The Daisekt name, visual identity, interface, and original site materials belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daisekt is provided “as is” and without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, or a particular outcome. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction in Maharashtra, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies.
