The short version

Daisekt is designed to examine a craving without turning that private moment into a profile. We limit collection, do not sell personal information, and do not send your craving, explanation, generated examination, feedback answers, or email address to analytics or advertising tools.

Who operates Daisekt

Daisekt is independently operated by an individual based in Maharashtra, India. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to archit.kineticscapestudios@gmail.com.

Information processed

Your Daisekt

The craving or temptation and reason you enter are sent to the Daisekt backend and its AI service provider so the requested examination can be generated and safety checks can be performed. Daisekt does not currently store the text of your craving, reason, or generated response in its database.

Feedback

If you answer the optional post-analysis questions, Daisekt stores those selected answers with non-sensitive analysis identifiers and operational metadata. The craving, reason, and generated response are not included with that feedback record.

Email

If you voluntarily provide an email address, it is stored so Daisekt can contact you about relevant product updates. Providing an email is optional and is separate from receiving a Daisekt.

Technical and analytics data

Basic technical data may be processed to operate, secure, diagnose, and protect the service. With permission, PostHog may receive limited product events such as whether an analysis was requested or completed. Daisekt does not intentionally send the content of your inputs, generated response, feedback answers, or email address to PostHog.

Advertising and cookies

When advertising is enabled, advertising providers such as Google may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons, or similar identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements. Daisekt will not create advertising segments from what you write or pass your craving, reason, response, feedback, or email to an advertiser.

Where required, analytics and advertising technologies will remain disabled until you make a consent choice. A privacy-choice control will allow you to revisit that choice.

Service providers and transfers

Daisekt uses service providers for hosting, AI generation and safety, product analytics when permitted, and advertising when enabled. These providers may process technical or submitted information in countries outside India according to their own terms and applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

Stored information is retained only while reasonably needed for the purpose described, security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Daisekt uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline optional feedback and email collection. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with you by contacting the email above. Daisekt may need enough information to verify and complete a request.

Children

Daisekt is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Daisekt so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

Changes

This policy may change as Daisekt’s services and legal obligations develop. The updated date on this page will show when material revisions were published.
